Why MYOB won't allow us to turn that rubbish off is an endless source of annoyance. Not every employee has a 'standard pay' MYOB!!! Re: Base hourly rate incorrect We process the payroll via timesheets, so we seldom manually edit the pays. So we did not manually enter any figure. I have attached the card info payroll details. The annual salary figure is because MYOB won't let us set the default hours in a fortnightly period to zero. (that is so annoying MYOB, the stupidity of myob to not allow for staff to only be paid hourly based on timesheets) So we have it set to almost zero to help stop the bug where the standard pay gets adjusted automatically from $0 and revised up then staff get paid extra hours they did not work if you are not paying close attention. This does not explain why only this staff members base rate is being changed by MYOB. It is only happening for this staff member. All others have the same setup, and their pays reflect the hourly rate set in their card. Re: Base hourly rate incorrect Hi, thanks for the reply. We have not made manual changes to these payslips. The rounding is set to "Round net pay down to a multiple of 5 cents" but that does not explain this. It only for this employee that the base hourly rate is being automacitally changed to some weird figure? Base hourly rate incorrect Hi, The employee card has the hourly rate set as $29.52 but every payslip for this employee it is lower. Please help! SolvedRe: API issue with importing from SimPro to MYOB AR We are getting an error from Deputy when to export timesheets to MYOB in the cloud. "ERROR MYOB Internal Error, Please check if MYOB service is offline now" Post here; https://community.myob.com/t5/AccountRight-Staffing-and/Deputy-timesheet-export-quot-ERROR-MYOB-Internal-Error-Please/td-p/781542 Sounds like the same bug. Not good. Re: API issue with importing from SimPro to MYOB AR Hi, We can't export our timehseets from Deputy to MYOB. (We are setup for it, and it works every pay cycle) Some of the sheets are in Mybo, but most did not come through. Deupty threw the error; "ERROR MYOB Internal Error, Please check if MYOB service is offline now" And now it's throwning it when we try again. Not sure if trying again will make errors in the data for the sheets that ahve come through already. Re: NSW Payroll tax, Jobkeeper I also had to manually calculate the total liable wages for the employees on job keeper. Re: NSW Payroll tax, Jobkeeper Bump! NSW Payroll tax, Jobkeeper Hi, The NSW Payroll tax annual reconciliation, under Jobkeept payments asks ; How many NSW employees are you claiming for? What was the total liable component of the wages paid to these employees? (Include this in Salaries and Wages on the Wage details page) What was the total exempt component of the wages paid to these employees? Is there an easy way to get MYOB to export that data? (or do we have to manually seperate the payroll data from Jobkeeper employees) SolvedRe: unable to connect to bank feeds .... again MYOB is not investing enough in their product. They are more interested in increasing their prices; they better be very careful. Changing accounting software is not done lightly, and once we leave we won't come back. The pathetic performance on bank feed reliability is infuriating.
