ContributionsMost RecentMost LikesSolutionsRe: AccountRight 2014.4 now available It is good to see MYOB continue to make improvements with each upgrade but it is also extremely disappointing that some of the basic flaws which have been outstanding for more than 2 years are STILL NOT FIXED!!!!! You announce you have corrected two issues with Recurring Transactions, however ignore the basic issue which has been highlighted at least two years ago that returns a ValidationException Error when attempting the edit a Recurring Sales Transaction which includes a Job Code. The work around is to change the Preferences setting to remove the check for a Job Code, edit the transaction & then go back into the Preferences to turn the Job Code back on. This frustrating & very time consuming. WHY CAN'T THIS BE FIXED. I HAVE BEEN RAISING THIS ISSUE WITH EVERY NEW UPGRADE WITH NO ONE DOING ANYTHING. ISN'T IT ABOUT TIME YOU FIXED THIS AND OTHER BASIC FUNCTIONALITY ISSUES INSTEAD OF ADDING NEW BELLS & WHISTLES. GET THE BASICS RIGHT FIRST PLEASE!!!!!!! I have been away. I have done as you suggested with no change. When drilling down to see the Full Balance Sheet ALL the B/S accounts in my Accounts List are shown whether they are inactive or Nil balances. The Asset accounts show correct figures (including Nil balances & inactive a/c’s) however the Liability accounts show some very weird amounts!! By further investigation I find all the Liability amounts including the Accumulated Depreciation show the movement in the accounts since June 30 NOT the actual balance as at the date of the B/S Any other suggestion I should try? A number of Liability amounts which were correct at July 2013 continue to incorrectly carry through month by month to June 2014. The B/S still balnces but is showing these incorrect resuts in the current month. Is this also something your developers are investigating? Your comment would be appreciated. I have now been unable to access both the 'Money I am Owed" & Money that I owe" Detail Reports, they return an error message of: "Unable to load report. An unknown error occured. Retry" Is this a bug in the Beta version? Would welcome some feed back please. What am I doing wrong???? Re: AccountRight 2013.2 update now available Hi, With the release of 2013.2 ,the option to "Check for Updates" is no longer available as it is done automatically each time you log in. I have been unable to Log In my data file for many months and now cannot get any Updates if they become available. Your Technical people have promised to contact me to fix this issue.
