This will show you the hours put through each Activity against the job for the date range. The recommendation to uninstall previous versions is to prevent any library issues where an older version's library service can get in the way of the new one. As Mike pointed out we suggest that you check your file back in before doing any upgrades to avoid this situation. It will not appear in your list if you're already running the latest version of AccountRight or if you have not registered for updates for this software yet. What I would suggest if you're having trouble with the download would be to go to my.myob and log in using your forum login information.
