Thats the thing I have no idea what the charges are. Nothing has changed with our subscription, these charges just started appearing from Dec 23. It is the only clients file affected and all of my clients have the same set up. Since Dec 23 we have been charged in addition to our invoiced subscription amount ($170). These extra charges seem to be an extra $5.00 a month and then seperate varying amounts from $0.33 to $2.59. I tried talking to someone in support but got nowhere. If these charges are not explained then we will have no choice but to dispute them with our bank.159Views0likes3Comments
