This is very very annoying when you have a stack of invoices to enter. Payroll: Automatically set up long service leave It seems such abackward step that MYOB has absolutely no facility to automatically accrue long service leave and therefore requires users to keep separate records by way of spreadsheets etc. Seems this is such a fundamentallybasic requirementthat not having this facility is very inconvenient. As we are dealing with employee entitlements having this function is a necessity as it is a company liability and as such should be factored into the financial records as a liability. We have several employees who have been employed for 7+ years and now find we have to maintain a separate spreadsheetto correctly maintain records. Please include a check boxunder entitlements so that the accrual begins on the 7th year anniversary for all employees or whatever a particular awards dictates. We also should be able to adjust the carry forward also. Thanks "Long Service Leave Accrual" Re: Long Service Leave Accrual I guess this opens up an opportunity to a savvy developer to make an add-on I am sure they will profit from this Re: Long Service Leave Accrual ronatbasI most certainly understandthat the wages category is there but the accrual function is the biggest downfall. I also understand each state has different laws, also different awards have different rules also, however, it should be a standard function with options that will be relevant to your state and award/s. As I said I feel this is a rather large deficiencyconsidering this liability should be easily accessible and tracked, we should not have to use 3rd party software to do this. Re: Long Service Leave Accrual Bek_Lightmareyes I would think it should be too! Active Workstations Hello With the older versions of MYOB eg Premier and AR Plus when you had to complete a task that needed to have all users out of the system you could easily check who was logged in and then log in as a single user to ensure the integrity of what you are doing. Now there is no way to check or ensure that you are the only user. I find it interesting that MYOB poses the question but gives no way to confirm this. Short of running around the building and checking everyone's pc to make sure everyone is logged out and then hope that by the time you get back to your desk nobody has logged in seems somewhat of a large oversight. This is an important function and hope this can be rectified. Thanks! Re: Customer credit control I have put this idea forward before (quite a few years ago) so glad you have raised this again. Wonderful idea and so glad it is under consideration!!
