ContributionsMost RecentMost LikesSolutionsRe: EOY Employee Earning Certificates Hi yes I had seen this report but the only way to give it to our employees for their records was to individual change the filters for each employee to print it off one at a time as the report for all employees did not do one to a page and we cannot have the employees getting each others information. We need to email it too which is not an option, we will need to save it and email. The report also does not have the employee IRD number or the business IRD number or the employee's address. It does not say end of year earnings anywhere.This is information an accountant needs and we have a few employees who go through accountants. I have run it by our accountant who asked if there was anything else we can supply as itjust does not seem official at all. EOY Employee Earning Certificates There used to be a button to click on to print/email our employee's Earning Certificates for the year. Can't find it in this upgrade. Been through every report and looked under the employee's accounts. We need to send these out asap. Anyone know where they are? We have done our final pay for the year. Re: Payroll Tax report in New MYOB Business Payroll Hi so it's been a month with people asking for the PAYE report to be monthly not a yearly spreadsheet, is this going to change in an update? I was ok with my smaller business payroll changing over a month ago but now my larger business payroll has been changed over and it really is not easy to use having a yearly spreadsheet instead of a monthly one and our accountant does not like it either. Final pay PAYE I have done a final pay for an employee with a large amount of annual leave and accrued (191 hours) which makes his final pay about 5 times more than his weekly pay. The PAYE on it is huge. Does the system think this is a normal weekly pay? In the old payroll you could do a tax over ride to say how many weeks it was paying. Can I change the how many days we are paying part in enter pay to help the calculation? I cannot take the huge amount of PAYE off him as it cannot be correct. The Inland Revenue site does not have a final pay calculator to check. I need to do this final pay on Friday so now it is quite urgent. SolvedRe: Negative final pay Hi yes it is in Essentials, the employee had a positive amount to pay out in ordinary time workedbut a negative final pay as he took too much holidaytime off in advance. IRD said to process the final ordinary daysthrough MYOB payroll and then take the money off him as a staff payment in MYOB accountingas per his contract agreement for staff deductions. No adjustments for paye, kiwisaver etc necessary. I will need to manually adjust his leave account so it doesn't come up as owing. Thank you, Barbara Negative final pay We have an employee who's final pay is in negative as he has taken time ahead. He is being paid 3 days less the -41 hours holiday pay which leaves him with only a small payout but I can't process it as a red alert says to check values. I cannot print payslip or continue. I need to pay this employee on Friday and need to show him a payslip. I have tried altering the dates and frequency and made his last pay include this weeks pay but it still won't let me process.
