We were using the server edition because of when we used to keep the datafile on a server. But that system ceased a few years ago. We now have an online data file and it is only me that accesses it, so i uninstalled the server software and installed the PC software just on my workstation and it has all worked and i can send multiple eft advices. I was having this issue last week. This morning I logged onto my online file and NO option to upgrade and the issue is still there. Please advise how I can force an update to fix this. Re: Email Remittances All Suppliers I am still having this issue which is 8 days later. The only work around is to send them individually which is not viable. MYOB when is this going to be fixed. Needs to be done ASAP Re: AccountRight 2020.3.1 is now available Hi AMBERHK - we are in the same position. When I upgraded the file to 2020.3 [without knowing this issue] it worked but our IT person is quite concerned that he is having to take a full backup each time we upgrade MYOB as you are correct that there is a potential known issue with server edition. I think we are also on 2008 server [sorry I am not an IT expert] and so far it is working with the upgrade to 2020.3 [including STP and Jobkeeper reporting]. But it is an issue that we are monitoring in case we have to upgrade the server [or cease using MYOB]! My IT person indicated that in his research MYOB itself were not helpful at all in their responses. This is not a solution for you but just more information - good luck.
