MYOB Onboarding does not give any options around accepting (or otherwise) the Fair Work Statement and/or the Casual Employment Information Sheet. This has been happening for some months now. Please get it fixed. It is very frustrating when a supposedly automatic system is not working - especially when there could be serious consequences for the employer if the Information Sheets are not supplied. Did you get any resolution on this issue of the Fair Work Statement and Casual Employment Statement not being issued to new employees? The response you were given by 'Earl' (which I suspect is an AI generated response) was useless. This issue has been happening for several months - probably since about the time you put up the question. I just created a new employee using an email address that I have access to, so that I could go through the onboarding process myself, and there was no link to the statements in the process. Hi I have a wages category named "Director Fees" and also have the ATO reporting category on it marked as Director's Fees. However, my MYOB "Payroll Tax" calculation report for the year shows nil at "Other (eg Director fees)". How do I get the director fees paid during the year to show in this line of the Payroll Tax calculation? Secondly, how do I get the Fringe Benefits Tax paid to show on the "Fringe Benefits" line of the MYOB "Payroll Tax" calculation report? Hi I am using MYOB Accountright online (but not on the web browser). We made two prepayments based on a purchase order. When I received the Tax Invoice, I changed the Purchase Order in MYOB to a Bill in MYOB - only problem is that I dated it February 2022 instead of February 2023. I found my error and was able to change the date of the Bill, but I don't seem to be able to change the date of the 'Transfer of Deposit' date from the 2022 date to the 2023 date. If I try to delete the Bill (to start again) MYOB tells me "A purchase with payments applied may not be deleted". If I try to delete the payments (or the Transfer from Deposits), MYOB tells me "You may not delete a deposit transaction for a recorded purchase". Therefore, I seem to be stuck in a 'circle'. In total, the transactions are correct, but because the 'Transfer from Deposits' transaction is dated 2022, the balance of my Sundry Debtors account is wrong as at 30/6/2022.
