AccountRight 2023.3 release Today we are releasing AccountRight 2023.3. This is available for download from your my.MYOB account. There are no changes to the API for this release. For general information on this release, check out the What's New page. Terms and Conditions update As previously communicated, our terms and conditions have been updated – effective from 17 January 2023. As per the updated terms and conditions, we will be cancelling developer accounts that have been inactive on the MYOB Partner API during the last 12 months. This decision helps us to maintain high quality integrations for our customers and maintain our security requirements. To view the our terms and conditions, check out this link here. New Program Entitlements: The MYOB Developer Program entitlements have recently been updated. To understand what options available, and what level are best suits your needs – please view the updated entitlements here. If you are having issues with the MYOB Advanced API, then I suggest that you reach out to the MYOB Advanced API team by emailing them at advancedisvs@myob.com. This forum board focus's on the AccountRight/new Essentials API. Thanks Re: Constant 501 Errors Hi Wm1 Thanks for reaching out. The error `501 not implemented` means that the AccountRight file that you are trying to use with the API has not been upgraded to the latest version of AccountRight. From the API logs, we can see that the file that you are using is a AccountRight 2021.1 file. This version has been decommissioned. In order to use it with the API, you will need to upgrade the AccountRight file. Thanks Re: API - Constant Issues Hi there, Thanks for reaching out. Hi there, Our Development teams have deployed some changes to improve the performance and reduce the errors that have been experienced. Since the changes have been deployed, we have seen a major reduction in errors. MYOB considers this issue resolved. However we will continue to monitor this going forward.
