Re: Redundant Electronic Payment lines Personally I just create them, save them to my desktop, then delete the files. I do this on a weekly basis as my annual salaries are already set up in the banking system and I don't need the files to make the electronic payment, but I do need them recorded in MYOB. Fixed Rate Per Hour Entitlement Perhaps I'm trying to set this up wrong because I cannot work out how to achieve what i'm after. We have multiple fixed rate per hour incentive payments, payable at either the end of a swing, or the end of a contract. I went to set them up as entitlements, because this allows me to both keep track of the accrued figures and reverse (remove) the accrual as needed. However there is no option to choose a fixed amount per hour so I have no idea how to create this within MYOB. Hourly rates are varied and subject to change, so working out a percentage to match the hourly incentive rate for each employee would be unacceptably time consuming. Incentive payments are widespread in the industry at the moment so I'm surprised I cannot find any posts on how to do this. An example of an employees wages (all amounts are examples only): $20/hr base hourly rate $5/hr shared housing allowance - paid weekly with regular weekly wage. $10/hr project incentive payment - paid at the end of a contract (~3 months), or not paid at all if they leave. $2/hr fit for work payment - paid at the end of each swing (extremely varied), not paid if they fail a breathalyser test during the swing. Can someone please tell me how I can achieve this? Thank you in advance. Re: MYOB adding 38hrs to employee card base hourly standard pay Being sporadic, is it possible it only happens when something is edited within the employees card file? Personally, any time I edit anything within an employees card, the standard pay hours reverts from zero to the 'hours in weekly pay period' figure again. I manually change them to zero before closing out of an employees card every single time. We've overpaid staff tens of thousands because of this stupid setting. It's infuriating that we cannot set the hours in the 'weekly pay period' to zero, or that they change themselves every time we edit something within the card file. My solution was to set it to 1000 hours, that way it's extremely noticable when processing pays if someone has additional weekly hours automatically added and I have the opportunity to fix it before setting up the payment. Re: attchment to Payslips We require this function too. I'm having to send employeessite Time Sheets in a seperate email, whereas I use to save the payslip and combine it with the time sheet. I would love to be able to just attach the time sheet so they receive it in the same email as their payslip. Re: Bankfeed for Paypal I am about to offer Paypal on my website, which processes a few hundred payments a month... I may be splitting this side of my company to Xerox after reading this, what a great idea!
