Online Payment: PayPal Payment Option Not Available
Hi, I have Online Payments turned on. When a customer receives an invoice it shows PayPal as a payment option listed on the invoice but when they click on PayNow it is not available. I have tested this and the option is not visible on the first creen or when I click on G Pay and extend the payment options. Can we please have the ability to pass on merchant or credit card surchagrge fee's for BPAY to customers? If MYOB/BPAY cannot allow this then please give us the option to turn BPAY off but keep other credit card payment options. Passing on the credit card surcharge for other payment methods is great but there is an easy way around that for customers who use their credit card and pay via BPAY. This can be very costly to our business. If BPAY won't allow these fees to be passed onto customer then give us the ability to turn BPAY off as an option.412Views3likes5Comments
