Thanks in advance SolvedGet statement funtion in Bank I've just noticed that there is a Get statement function in the bank reconciliation. From a bit of research it looks like I need to download the statements from our bank as a certain file format. Has anyone done this and how did they go about it. When in the inbox if you push the down arrow a few times it will scroll down and show all the invoices that were previously hidden, so no need to reinstall anything. Re: Update -Improved Security- 2FA changes The trust for 30 days is there when you receive the verification code, and I've just logged in and had to go through that process 4 times as I'm on another computer. Re: Intray Thanks for the reply. I've have cleared the cache but it hasn't changed anything. It is working on the web browser however, just not working on the desktop version. Any other suggestions? Intray I'm having issues with viewing invoices in the intray. I am able to drag invoices into the intray, and we currently have roughly 40 documents in the tray at the moment, but when I close the tray and go back in it will only show about 20 (first two lines) of invoices unless I drag another invoice in and then I can view them all. How do I fix this please so I can see all the invoices all the time? So if you can see what's happening that would be great Link to MYOB Invoice I'm trying to "link to MYOB" for a supplier invoice. When it logs me into the page it asked for me to choose the correct company (we have two online). It won't let me choose the bottom company and the circle in the top company is "lit up". This happened with another supplier and now all their invoices come through to the wrong company. How do I fix this please?
