This is one of the biggest issues many of my clients have in trying to use the web interface, the inability to accept deposits on sales order. Why deposits on purchase orders got preferance is beyond me as deposits on sales orders are significantly more common. It was indicated that this fuctionality would be built into the software shortly after Sales Order processing was complete which seems like years ago. In fact, it seems as though development of 'Business' has slowed down to a crawl whilst the competition continues to streak ahead in funtionality. All you need to do is look at the monthly updates to Business. Development appears to be just tinkering around the edges of the product instead of serious product development. There is so much to still do in this software if MYOB really wants it to be an alternative to AccountRight and the competition. MYOB needs to put some serious resources into the product. Re: Profit and Loss - Actual v Budget with Variances Hi Genreve_S It is not the colour of the numbers it is the justification formatting as follows: 4-3020 Budget Numbers are left justified Actual numbers are right justified Total Income Actual - right justified Budget - right justified Zero's in variances are left justified Numbers in variance columns are right justified. Dashes are left justified. What is the point of having some left justified and some right justified, it is not even a consistent application, it is all over the place. The formatting looks terrible, it is obvious that the programmer has not justified some of the budget numbers and the dashes. Would be an easy fix. Profit and Loss - Actual v Budget with Variances Hi All It is great to see that exporting these reports now produce the correct data. Now my issue is the formatting of that data when viewing those reports on screen. I do not think I need to detail the issue, just look at the screen grab. Profit and Loss - Budget v Actual Reports now Printing Hi All The output issue in regards to profit and losses with budgeted data has now been rectified. Re: Saving a budget P&L Hi CityHaven and Earl_HD If you are talking about budgeting in MYOB Business then there was an issue with getting output with the budget data on it. That is whilst it all works on screen when you tried to output the reports into pdf the budget columns where missing. This has now been rectified as of approximately 1/2 hour ago. Re: AccountRight not exporting to Excel anymore Hi Nigel7274 I know this does not help you much but I am also running V2024.2.1.3 but on on Windows 11 and Office 365 and exporting to Excel is still functioning for me. Re: is MYOB business down again? It appears to be a system wide outage across the web business products. If you have ARL files you can still access them from the desktop product. Exporting Actual v Budget Reports Still Not Working Hi All We really cannot go another month end without this functionality being restored. At this rate I am loosing faith in MYOB's ability to bring the functionality back at all. Can someone give us an update other than 'We do not know when it will get fixed' even though we broke it. Thanks Re: Couldn't export customized report to the template format Hi AngieLing There is an ongoing issue, more than a month now, with incorporating budget data onto a profit and loss report and then attempting to export that report, it simply does not output the budget data. The ongoing response from the moderators is that they know about the problem but as usual there is no time frame provided for resolution. What surprises me is that the functionality did work, now does not and is taking what seems forever to rectify it. Re: Profit and Loss report month to last year and also to include budget and buget variance Hi Earl_HD Can someone at MYOB please give us an update on this outstanding issue. I just cannot believe that it is so difficult to fix considering it was working up to a month or so ago.
