Error on bank file being loaded Hi I am assisting another user with their payroll setup and we are trying to process a bank file for the first time. I have used bank files successfully for many years so I understand how they work. We have processed the bank file and it has saved a file to my computer. When we go to upload it to the internet banking we get an error message Error 317647:The direct entry file cannot be imported. Please return to your payroll or accounting system to correct the file and try again. On opening up the aba file in notes, there is no information contained in the file - it is completely blank. Any ideas of what could be happening here please? Problem creating electronic bank file for employee Hi I am helping someone do a pay run for the first time and we are having some problems creating the bank file (using electronic payments). I get an error message "Please select at least one transaction to include in the bank file". However, I have ticked all of the employees to be processed. After experimenting, I discovered there are 4 employees out of 16 that won't allow me to create a bank file. If I deselect these 4, then I can create a bank file with the other 12 employees. Any ideas what could be triggering the error on these 4 employees? Re: Issues with employees on MYOB teams app I am also experiencing this problem with 1 of my employees. My employee tries to setup new account and the app just crashes. It is doing it on my phone too so not just the new employees phone. Please help urgently. Is there another way to set up the account? MYOB Team - Timesheets can not be seen by staff member Hi My staff have reported this week that they can no longer see the timesheet that they have just submitted. Normally they can see the current week and anything that hasn't been paid for or imported into myob. This allows for them to edit it if needed. Can you please advise what has happened here and if this can be fixed as I now have duplicated timesheets that will need to be sorted.
