Thank you. You were correct, the quantity on hand for the item was 0. Even creating a fresh bill did not help. I ended up having to adjust the inventory item so that it showed a quantity of 1 and then I was able to record a bill for this particular inventory item. After the bill was recorded, I deleted the inventory adjustment. I hope the bug can be resolved in the future.40Views0likes0CommentsError converting Purchase order to Bill
Hi I have a purchase order that I'm trying to convert to a bill. This is something I do regularly and have done for 20+ years. I am getting an application timed out error when I use the desktop version and when I use the online version of Accountright, I get the following error. This thread was started 18months ago. Still no resolution. I still have this problem and having to switch between online and desktop for this purpose as well as other functions. Subscriptions continue to rise and bugs don't seem to get fixed. No wonder most accountants are recommeding Xero these days. Hi My staff have reported this week that they can no longer see the timesheet that they have just submitted. Normally they can see the current week and anything that hasn't been paid for or imported into myob. This allows for them to edit it if needed. Can you please advise what has happened here and if this can be fixed as I now have duplicated timesheets that will need to be sorted.707Views0likes1Comment
