Online Payments: BPay Surcharge
Hi MYOB Team, I can see that this has previously asked by many other users in the "MYOB Community", and whilst they have all been replied to and then "closed" for comment, this hasn't rectified nor made the problem businesses face go away. Can we please have either: 1. the ability to automatically pass on BPAY merchant surcharge fees to clients on invoices, just like we do with MASTERCARD and VISA; and/or 2. the abilitiy to switch off BPAY as a payment option, right now it is lumped in with Mastercard and VISA. When we were part of the pilot program this was rarely an issue for us, but since being fully rolled out, regular users now know that by selecting BPAY as their method of payment they can avoid the surcharge fees. Initially after getting stung a few times we had to decide what level of fees we're prepared to cop? As a result we'd chosen to disable the payment feature all together for all "account clients" leaving it only available for Cash Sale Invoices and only if they're less than $500 because whilst this is a great feature the costs associated are NOT! It would be great to be able to email receipts to customers when you receive their payment, at the moment you can only print and I find this waists time and paper. I have seen the in tray for purchases and ask if there are any plans to add an in tray to the sales invoice side. It would be very helpful to us as a solar installation company to store all compliance and design pdfs with the installation sale record, so that over time we when we re-visit the sale record we can find all of that in one place. My employer would like to make a note of which employees worked on particular invoiced jobs. Sometimes they work in pairs or three at a time. He does not do time billing or anything like that. It is purely so if he needs to query a job in the future (a complaint for example) he can see easily which employees worked on that particular job. It would be good if he could select more than one employee for "Salesperson". Thanks. Currently there is only the option to choose an online payment to include bPay, Visa or Mastercard. We therefore can't use this as we don't accept credit cards. However we would like to be able to email our clients their invoice with the direct payment option for bPay. It seems very strange that we can not chose to have one and not the other! Currently we must choose whether we want to have online payments or not. We should be able to chose WHICH online payments we would like to activate. We have rather large invoices and having to wear 1.8% surcharge of these credit card transactions would destroy us. Any chance we could get the option to setup a unique email address for individual customer so I may email statements out monthly to the customers preferred accounts email address. I am well aware there are 5 configurable email addresses to choose from but I want to have a dedicated email address for the account statements to go to, sick of changing/forgetting to pick the correct email address when emailing out dozens of statements at the end of month. Dear MYOB, Can the header, subtotal and blank lines in a salebe includedin exported / imported data? This iskey information which is being omitted off data being exported / imported from one data file to another. My client is a electricaltradesman who uses the item type sale to list materialsand labour soldand needs a section to type in notes for location and work performed that can be viewed on the screen in its interity (not hiden by expandable field). I help run a sporting club. I want a way to send a copy of the same fee invoice to all of the club members. I currently use Recurring Sales but this is a bit cumbersome as I have to copy the sale to each customer, then when I edit it for next year, I have to edit all of them again. It's a bit difficult with 100-plus members. I’d really love to just have one template that I could email to a bunch of people. I'm sure other people would also like this functionality.
