Blank pages when following links to forum posts
I'm finding that when I click a link back to a forum post or thread, in an email, that the page opens briefly with (some) content, and then reverts to a blank page. The only way to see that content is to go separately through the recent posts. Is this a known issue? I'm using Outlook 365 desktop email and Edge browser.Invalid Confirmation Code
I have a client who uses AccountRight Premier v19.16. When I log in it tells me I have to confirm - online confirmation doesn't work, have tired the link and insturctions for Activating and Confirming older MYOB Products - all I am getting is "An invalid Confimration Code has been entered" "You have also exceeded the number of days allowed for confirming your company file" "Until you confirm your company file, you will only be able to view information........" I was advised by a MYOB sales representative that all MYOB offline files will cease before the end of 2024 and that I can pay $10.00 per month per offline file to move online, but I must agree to this before 30 June 2024 or the individual fees will be much higher from 1 July. Is this true? Are there no other options for subscribers who do not wish to move their cashbook files online with MYOB? Why does MYOB not acknowledge that there are remote communities, cattle stations and businesses in Australia that do not have a reliable internet service and support them by allowing us to continue to use offline files? I do not understand why MYOB cannot offer the opportunity to buy offline MYOB AccountRight software rather than this continual push by leading companies throughout the world to forcer us all to go online. Please can you clarify if the closure of offline files is true? If this is true why did I not receive written communication from MYOB clearly setting out what MYOB proposes to change?Myob Certified Course
I am trying to find out how to do the courses required to become a Certified MYOB consultant. I go to the MYOB Academy page and can see a whole lot of courses but none that are relevant to becoming certified.
