AccountRight 2018.2

MYOB updated from AccountRight 2018.1 to 2018.2.  I had been using this with no problem until around mid 2023.  I went to log in one day and it looked like it was opening the company file and then the program closed.  I left it for a long time to see if the issue would resolve itself but it still doesn't open.  Can anyone suggest a way to fix it?

    Did you receive any error messages? If yes, kindly attach a screenshot of the error. Make sure to remove sensitive information before posting in the Forum. Also, you may clear the cache of the AccountRight by following the steps provided in the Help Article: Clearing the AccountRight Cache.
