Can't login or create new user
One of our users can't login. There is no business listed. (This user has been logging in for years with no issues)
When I login using another user email and select 'users' the other user is no longer on the list.
When I try to add that user again, it says there is already a user using that email address.
I received one response from a moderator that didn't solve the problem and they have replied to my further query.
All subsequent requests for assistance have received no response.
Waiting on hold for hours for help is not an option.
Somebody from MYOB PLEASE respond and fix this!
