Unrecognised Payrun Error

Hi

 

We have a client who keeps getting the

  “An unrecognised error occurred - EmployeePaymentTemplateHourlyWagesLine_EntitlementPayrollCategoryMissing” error when trying to do their weekly payrun.  We check the payroll and employee setups and they all seem to be okay.  Last weeks payrun ran smoothly so not sure why this has happened.  Snippet of error attached.

    This error can occur if one or more wage items are linked to multiple leave pay items. For example, the “Leave” pay item is linked to both the leave items “Annual leave” and “Extra leave”. Therefore, please ensure that each pay item is only linked to one leave item and try the process again.
