Year to date verification report does not match what has been reported to STP

I would suggest to check your payroll activity and register reports. If this match with your payroll summary report but not on the YTD verification report. Kindly send an update event wait for it to be accepted and check your YTD report again.

 

However, if you're referring to the report showing under STP reports sent to ATO shows different with your YTD verification report. This is because on STP reports it shows the reported amount submitted from the pay period. It get its' data from the recorded pay and it's showing all wages reported as gross payments.

 

If it's the YTD verification report doesn't match with Payroll Summary report this is because all the wages that are reported as Gross payments will only show in YTD Verification report. Under EOFY finalization tab, next to the employee name there is the three dots (…) that will show the Individual Summary Payments that has the breakdown of other payroll categories that is not reported as Gross Payments. If you add these Gross YTD to the Verification report everything should match.
