Creating a new job number on a service invoice gets error message

Working in an online company file, one user only receives the "Oops Something went Wrong" error message every time they attempt to enter a new Job Number in the Job Column of a service invoice. Does not occur on Item invoices, or for other users in the same company file, or in other company files for the same user. A restart only changed the issue from intermittent to consistently occurring every attempt. Has anyone struck this problem?

    If the issue is still happening, can you attach the diagnostic log that gets created after the crash? This would help us identify the reason for the problem.
