Duplicate sales invoice numbers

Question

I have a couple of random invoice numbers being duplicated and it is not showing the warning sign, even though i have set this up in the preferences, any ideas on how to fix this?Thanks

Can you please select "Warn for duplicate Invoice and Customer PO nmbers on recorded sales" and check if you're then displayed with the warning messages ?

Thank you, I have tested this and it worked, hopefully it will work on all future invoices too.&nbsp;thank you for your help

Is the warning not showing in the browser version or the desktop version?&nbsp;

Hi&nbsp;Not using the browser, so assume its desktop although the file in the cloud&nbsp;
