Recurring sale won't record

I have a tried to use a recurring sales order transaction, but it won't record.

I have cleared the cache folder.

I have checked the pricing to make sure there are no items unbalanced.

I don't use locations.

When I click record, it jumps to the same product line each time. I have checked this product and all seems fine. I tried deleting this item thinking I could just add it back after the record, but that didn't work either.

Can I get some further advice please.

    This error can occur due to a glitch with some items, can you send me your product serial number and company file name by Private Message, and I'll run a script to fix this.

     

    Update: Ran a script to fix the issue ^KS
