Taxable payments report -operation timeout

We use desktop AccountRight Standard 2016. 

So far there were no problems with generating Taxable payment report. We do it for years already.

But now this is a trouble.

After waiting for a while, message appears - An application operation has timed out.

Retry doesn't help. This situation apply to report starting from the begining of the financial year to date.  However, reports for 4 months or less are produced.

Trying to generate report from the Purchases centre doesn't help either.

What would be the problem and how to fix it?

    As for this concern, Yes, you are correct if you experiencing session time out, you may require support from your IT to accomplish some of the activities. And Help Article: AccountRight time-out extender can serve as a guide and provide additional information.

    Hi Booran 

    Thank you so much for your post. We are aware that some users are experiencing performance issues and time out errors, this is being investigated as a priority by our developers.

     

    In the meantime, taking your file offline then restoring it online has resolved the issue for users and may be worth a try. *We understand this may not be suitable for all users.

     

    To do this:

     

    1. make a backup of your online file
    2. follow the steps under To restore a backup locally to a PC in this help article: Restore your company file
    3. follow the steps under To restore a backup online in the same help article

    If possible can you please provide the following information:

     

    • the last FOUR digits of your serial number
    • are there pages that are worse than others, eg, banking, payroll etc
    • what do you see when it is slow, eg, spinning wheel, error messages
    • is it all times of the day or at certain times
    • are there any other programmes running at the same time, eg anti virus
