Invalid Member number in Account Right Pay Super

Hi,

 

I am trying to pay an employee's superannuation.  They are with Colonial First State.  The error that I am getting is invalid member number. 

 

I have tried repeatedly, double & triple checked all the information is accurate and have had the employee re-check their details to make sure that they have given me the right information. 

Still no luck.

 

What can I do here?
