Pay Super

Sorry, you haven't been given permission to authorise payments. You'll need to either get the business owner to give you permission, or get an Authoriser to authorise the payment instead.

    Hi Rose22 

    Thank you so much for your post. With this issue, it might be that the e-mail you are using to log in was not assigned a role when setting up pay super. You'll need an e-mail with a pay super admin or authorizer role to process the pay super. You might need to check with other users of the file if they have option to create and authorize payment. 

    You can also send me a private message with the Email that you've been using to login and your Account's Serial Number to double check here in our system.

    Please do let me know how you go on this.
