MYOB, why isn't this fixed? It's financial year end and payroll isn't available (again).
Get this sorted and get your software on a stable platform that can cope with peak loads. You surely take enough of our money for software that is unstable to say the least. Simply not godd enough!

I personally have never felt myob gives any support. When you finally get through on the phone they google the issue!!!! Why we pay so much for google support ?
I cant believe how many are having this issue its been 2 weeks and i still cant get into payroll reporting -same error message you all are getting.

Not sure if this comment was directed at me personally DCWaste but my MYOB is sorted and got sorted when I commented that it was. The only thing that has changed is my screen - gone back to the previous one which I was advised about. But don't mind because it was the one I like anyway.
I also am having issues, the YTD verification report is not loading and keeps showing a 'something went wrong' message.

Thanks for letting me know. Hopefully they are aware of it and get on top of it soon - definately not ideal this close to EOFY and getting final pays all done :-(

I'm experiencing the same issue, tried in a couple of different browsers, still received the "Something went wrong" message, definitely not great timing!
Down for me also.
Very frustrating.
Any updates MYOB on when it will be fixed? Are you are aware of the problem?

We are having the same issues and chat person tells you to do things that are not related to the issue.
I am starting to think it is a bigger problem and system wide

According to the MYOB Product Technical Support & Help page they are aware of the issue and it is an intermittent problem they are trying to rectify. Hopefully it doesn't take too long to fix because I need to get pays out today!

It is end of FY and we need to report SUperannuation. Needs to be fixed ASAP
Any word on this? I've been having the same problems all day too. Getting down to the wire to get all our payroll reporting done for EOFY.

I am finding it intermitant. One minute it is working and the next it is not.

I will keep trying but it is very annoying - hasn't worked for me at all so far. Just keep getting the same error message.
