Thank you for your post and helpful screenshots.
This error will need to be rectified by having the file sent in for a repair, would you please be able to send me a private message with the following information so we can take care of this for you:
- Serial number
- Primary contact name and email address
- Employee name
- The date of termination
- The date of reinstatement
- Confirm the type of leave that needs to be corrected

I too have the same trouble - reinstating a former full time employee as a casual. Because they are returning within eligible time frames for continuity of employement conditions for long service, their original start date must remain as it was - however their employee card shows a balance in accrued leave that should be zero.

How do I send a private message? I clicked on the underline link but it only took me to a generic screen. saying 'Private Messages' with nothing else. When I clicked on the only option of 'start a post' it took to to a fresh page for the general community forum. So I tried logging in and it did the same....
