We have processed our first payroll today of in excess of 100 people.  The payroll can be saved part way through, but once completed and you go through the record process, the processing screen comes...

    Thank you Sam.  All fixed!!!  I have spent 3 hours and 47 minutes on hold and you fixed it within 40 mins.  THANK YOU!!!!!

    Hi,

     

    I can't process the first pay as it won't create the electronic file.  I have been, and currently are still on hold with MYOB for 2 hours and 45 mins.......!!!  Please help.  I think I need a script run.

     

    I also have an employee card file that I can't open as it gives me an error message and boots me out of MYOB.
