    Thank you for your post and welcome to the MYOB Community Forum. I hope you find plenty of useful information.

     

    Upon checking the file that you provided, we have found out the Super Fund is no longer active. We recommend you reach out to the Super Fund to get the latest information that you will have to put in on your employee superannuation details. The screenshot attached shows that it was already inactive on our end.
