Whoops We've Hit A Snag

Ive been trying to set up Pay My Super for the last week and I keep receiving this message at the end of the steps. Unable to progress further. Please help asap.

    Thank you for your post, and Welcome to the Community Forum!

     

    So that I can look into this for you, could you please confirm if this is the first time you're paying super using the Pay Super feature?

     

    If not, can you please advise the last time you successfully submitted a super payment using the portal?

    • I have previoulsy been using the super portal with MYOB essentials, no problem.

      Just upgraded to Account Right in Octobher and this will not work
