WHOOPS WE HAVE HIT A SNAG

Unable to set up paysuper for 3 days

 

Can you please help!

    Thank you for your post. I'm happy to look into it for you, could you please send me a private message with the following details?

     

    - Serial number under Setup > Company Information

    - Company File ID number under Help > About

    - Email address used for the sign up

     

    You can do so by mouse over my avatar and choose 'Send a message'.

    Have been trying to set up paysuper and at final confirmation state it says Whoops we have hit a snag.

     

    Need this reolsved ASAP, thanks
