YTD Verification report does not match EOFY

I have also now just tried to do a $0 payrun for the last fortnight of the 2022 FY to see if it fixes the YTD verification report and still not fixed.
Can someone answer my query or look into the file at earliest?

I have been through all the posts to fix this and tried everything:
- Payroll Activity Summary matches the Payroll Register Report
- ATO reporting category is correct, i.e. Base Salary is under Gross Payments
Is this because I upgraded to STP Phase 2 prior to finalising?
I cleared caches and browsing history and it seemed to work now!
