super

One crew member has given me wrong super details for them. I have received two payments back.

I now have the correct details. Please advise how I can fix this.

    Thanks for reaching out.

     

    If you've received those payments back, you'll want to hop over to the 'Manage Payments' section to reverse the super payment. If it was part of a batch payment that included the returned one, just reverse the whole batch. Once that's done, head to 'Pay Liabilities' to record the successfully paid super contributions. The returned payment? No worries, you can process that through the 'Pay Superannuation' window. Need more detailed steps? We've got you covered right here.
