Inventory System - converting from Business Pro to AccountRight just to use it?

Question

Hello, we are currently using MYOB Business Pro and have setup and utilised almost all features of the platform and are enjoying the benefits it is providing us, however we are now wanting to use MYOB for stocktake purposes, yet stocktake/inventory management does not exist on Business Pro, only on AccountRight.

I contacted support to ask if we could upgrade to AccountRight and transfer over our existing information, yet I was told we would need to manually input over our data. This seems confusing especially since there exists a converter to migrate MYOB AR to browser, why is it not possible for us to upgrade to utilise the inventory management part of the MYOB suite of programs?

What are our options here? Do we really need to reset just to use inventory management? I thought this feature was being added to the AccountRight browser version in future anyway?

Hi&nbsp;aands&nbsp;&nbsp;I wouldn't rush to use Inventory in MYOB (any product). There are so many bugs in the inventory module (that MYOB still haven't fixed) that you may regret using it.
