Hi Everyone,
Thanks for your posts. We have raised this with our teams for investigation, can you please confirm if you can access your file via the AccountRight browser by going to app.myob.com ?
Also, could you please attach the latest diagnostic log of your AccountRight file so we can pass it on to the team.

We cannot log back onto MYOB in both our Brisbane and Bundaberg Branch. We run 2 totally seperate MYOB accountright files and neither one is able to be logged back onto.

I can't log in - was working on an invoice and went to send it - kept saying 'not responding'. Closed MYOB and tried again - same repsonse. Turned off internet - and re-started. Same response :-(
