Entitlement in application does not equal balance on web report
I can see an employees leave entitlement in the application by going to the employee card > Payroll Details > Entitlements. On the web version I can run a report for employee leave entitlements. I have noticed that for a particular employee the application has -22.8 and the web has -15.2. My expectation is that these figures would be the same. For my card they are the same. I use both the online and the desktop version of MYOB account right. I am happy with the document templates in the online version - Quotes, Orders, Invoices. It was easy enough to add a logo, and all the required information is on the template it provides (you cant seem to edit it much anyway). Am I missing something that this online document template, is not syncing back to the desktop version? A customer has paid via MYOB, I can't get into the transaction to edit the payment as it has been allocated to online undeposited funds account. I am getting an error message "This transaction type can only be viewed and edited from your desktop Accountright software". I use Business not Accountright. Can some please help me. I have been using MYOB in the same business for 9 years. When I started with the company I set up ~50 recurring transactions; within days only a handful worked. I dumped them for years... too hard. Two weeks ago I decided to rest all the recurring transactions again with their respective dates. About two work. When I check why they are not working, it is like a minnion had altered the dates to just outside the scope of where I set them. I reset them again, again they don't work with dates a week or a month set in advance of where I last set them. I am an incredibly fast worker, so no biggie, but doing these entries manually when there is an automated option, pulls me back down to average... not happy Jan!5Views0likes0Comments
