Double reversing a Pay super payment and trying to delete it.

Hi   I have found that I have double reversed a Pay Super transaction and am unable to delete one of the reversals.  Can you please provide some guidance on how I can do this?   Thanks Chelsea

Hi Sam

 

The Super payment I need to remove is actually for a full month so does that mean I need to manually re-enter all of the pay runs for the month?

Is there are number I can call to speak with someone for assistance?

Hi ChelseaT,

 

In this case, you can process 1 pay run with the total amount of super that has been incorrectly reversed. 

 

If you did prefer someone to walk you through this over the phone, we do have a dedicated payroll team that can assist you.

    I have already completed that process previously but somehow I have ended up with the actual Super payment reversing twice.
