EOFY Finalisation

Hi

I have been informed by MYOB Support that they are aware of a problem with the EOFY Finalisation Report showing $0 as the Gross YTD figure for all employees, although the PAYG YTD figure is correct.  They said it should be fixed by 14 July in order for the ATO deadline to be met.  As is anyone in the same position and does anyone have any further updates?

    Welcome to the Community Forum.

    You will be able to do a $0 pay run dated 30/06/22 and this should resolve the issue you are facing. 

    I have attached a Help Article on how to complete a $0 pay run to assist you with this. 

    Please let me know how you go.
