EOFY Payroll query

Hi - query about EOFY Payroll.

Payroll Activity Summary and Payroll Register Summary reports aren't matching.  I have found the amounts out of balance that are showing on the Payroll Register Summary. The amounts relate to Super and leave categories that have been paid but are not showing on the Payroll Register Summary.  The errors relate to 3 ex-employees.

 

Can I fix this by inputting the missing amounts in the Pay History of the employees, generating a "0" pay run and submitting to ATO?

 

Any guidance greatly appreciated!

    Thanks for your post. The post, AccountRight reports and STP reports explained , has detailed information on the Payroll activity and register reports and how to fix them if they don't match.
