I haven't moved to STP2 - but my figures don't balance. I have employees who's gross wages are wrong, and Termination payments as well.
I have tried to delete their termination dates - but figures are still incorrect.
Can I leave the problem employees to fix later & finalise (set as final) the one's that are ok ?
I need to do a pay run

Thank you for your post.
In case you have not resolved this, my first advice would be to process a $0 pay run for the affected employees dated 30th June. This should push through any payroll data that is not showing on your STP reports.
If you have terminated employees, they would need to be reactivated, termination dates removed, followed by another $0 pay run to update ATO.
If your reports are still not matching, please reach out so we can investigate this further for you.
In regards to your last query, you can process your pays in the new financial year before finalising the previous.
