ETP not on Payment Summary

Hi All,

 

We have 3 staff that were terminated this FY. All received ETP. These payments were showing on payment summaries in Phase 1, but have since been forced to move to Phase 2. All termination dates in MYOB and Payroll Centre have been removed. I have reversed the ETP payment and had to create a new payroll category to change from hourly to salary. I have re processed the ETP payments and have not rejected STP reports. However, the ETP payments are not showing in Payment Summary on individual or YTD verification report. 

 

I'm going on leave from tomorrow afternoon and was hoping this would be fixed.

 

Can anyone help me out?

      Work a treat. I had done everything except flag them as terminated in reporting centre. Mental note ETP doesn't show on payment summary until employee is terminated with ATO.

      Hi Tracey,

       

      I have followed these instructions but the ETP values are still not appearing on the Employee's Summary of Payments report. Hoping you can assist.

      I'm also having these issues however after following 3 guides it is still not showing up correctly, I have terminated the employee's in the reporting centre it comes up with a note an ETP was paid but with $0 amounts. I have tried to speak to a MYOB specialist for 3 days now being on hold for hours at a time but the calls terminate before I can get any useful help.

       

      I have entered in $0 pays to update the STP data , I have reversed the original pays and reentered them again to refresh the ETP data entered and then terminated them in the payroll reporting centre which has not corrected the issue.

       

      Any help would be most appreciated as the 14th of July deadline is looming.
