Same Issue - need to do payroll now, so just entered their card manually, but the employee also completed their tax info via MyGov but I have no idea on how to find or link that information either

the same is happening to me too and I cant seem to get any assistance. Its been over a week since my employees filled in the forms online and I cant get through to anyone etiher here or by phone??

This has also happened with our files. Tried twice and there has been no card created for the new employee.
I was on hold to tech support for over an hour and then the call just dropped out.
Please advise, how best to do this.
