the same is happening to me too and I cant seem to get any assistance. Its been over a week since my employees filled in the forms online and I cant get through to anyone etiher here or by phone??

Can you please get one of the employees to submit the form again, and take a screenshot of their screen once it's successfully submitted? Please send me that screenshot and your product serial number by Private Message, so we can check what's going on?
