Hi
I have tried several times to get around this by terminating and making card inactive changing start date again but the totals remain
You could go into entitlemants and do a balance adjustment and make the total zero
Or you could set them up again if you want a clean start. Change the original card name so you can tell the difference. We used to put a Z infront of the surname so it would sit at the bottom of the file
Hope this helps with a work around

Hi Sam,
We had to send our file to MYOB for repair. I'm hoping that MYOB will be able to fix this glitch in the next update.
