First payroll of the year won't record

    Hi FMTBS,

     

    Thanks for sending those details. I've run the script over that file so you should be able to process pays now.

     

    Please close, then re-open your software before attempting the process agiain

     

    Let me know if you continue to have problems.

If you could please provide the last 4-digits of your serial number + Company File ID this relates to (Help>About MYOB AccountRight>Company File ID:__), I'd be more than happy to assist with this.

      I am having the same issue.  Can I please get urgent assistance as trying to process payroll.

      Serial number ends in 4070  Id 1

        I've just run the script over your file, you should now be able to process your pays.
