Job numbers entered in Team not appearing in Payroll

Hello

 

When times are entered including job numbers via the Team app, the times are imported to Payroll but not the job numbers.

 

I've tested it 3 times using my own hours.  Can you help?

  • Hi LMCob - sorry for the late reply. Can you confirm you're still having this issue with MYOB Team?

      I've just tested it again and still having this problem.

       

      I enter the job number in MYOB Team on my phone, the hours are approved and appear in Payroll but without the job number.  Everything else is correct, the jobs just drop off.

        Hi Lisa


        Sorry to hear that is still occurring and the delay in response.

         

        This can happen if a job is assigned to an hourly wage category on the employee's standard pay, so when it is recorded in the timesheet it drops off the journals.

         

        Can I confirm, do you enter it just on the team app or do you have the job # on the employees card as well? (under the employees card > payroll details > standard pay)

         

        If that is the case, removing it from there and only entering it in the timesheet is a workaround for this issue.
