MYOB Teams Kiosk -

Hey Guys, would really appreciate any help

We have been using MYOB Kiosk App for a while now & get the following error now?? Can you please help - was working find this morning now just says "Error, no business found for account"

    Hi myobusergc

     

    Thanks for your post.

     

    Can you please confirm if you have an active location set up for using the Kiosk app in the admin portal ? If you do, are you able to uninstall and reinstall the Kiosk app and try to sign in again.

     

    If this doesn't work could you please provide a screenshot of the sign in window with the error message so we can investigate further.
