Overpaid Superannuation for Employee who has left

I ran the Employee Superannuation Advice to get the details for the Superannuation payment through CBUS.  We picked up the error in the Super amount prior to putting through CBUS but I need to adjust the amount in MYOB.  The Employee had left the week before so cannot adjust on a new payslip.  Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
