Past Employee payment summaries

Hello, 

 

We have an employee wanting copies of his group certificates for the last 3 years. I only have hard copies of EOFY'19 and prior. From memory, I thought the last 3 years were all sent through STP, he said he only has the last FY21/22 showing on his mygov. Is there a way I can reprint the last 2 years?

    Hi

    you are correct that the last two years have gone straight to myGov. 

    you are not obligated to give them a payment summary.

     

    however if you wish to supply one 

    go to your payroll reporting 

    go to finalisation 

    select the year you want

    find the employees 

    there are 3 dots on the right hand side and you can print the summary from there

      Hi Lisa, 

       

      Thank you for getting back to me. I did try these steps however, it is only allowing me to view the current and last payroll years. 2020/21 & 2019/20 are not there? I have attached a screenshot, am I in the right place?

        Hi Selena 

        yea you are in the right place

         

        it only has the last two years 

         

        you will have to find the prior year on the computer where myob used to file these reports 

         

        I am not sure if the path to use but it would be under an old version of myob stored on the computer 

         

        all of these , as you are aware are available through ratchet for the employee or their tax agent.
